[...] After all problems with Sony, especially talking about battery recalls Sony has new problems. This time Sony receives subpoena from US Department of Justice. Department wants to discuss Sony’s SRAM business. Allow me to remind you, that DRAM makers also have had problems with law. Sony has equal problems - price-fixing on the market. DOJ decided to destroy monopolies or to establish order? I hope its the second point [...]

[...] NVIDIA has released new mobile graphics card GeForce Go 7950 GTX. Man, this card faster for my desktop????? Interesting what about energy usage. Still battery problems are remembered. And if this video monster will be provided with AMD processor? What batteries will we need to keep it all power on? And cooling systems? I wonder what performance this video card will have. If more than 7600GT desktop version I?????ll be surprised. And who will be the customer of this product? Extremely mobile and rich gamers. Very small area of usage. But it will be. If the price goes down at nearest future, they?????ll become more moderate [...]

[...] There are new recalls. Lenovo recalls 520000 laptops with applied Sony batteries. I suppose Sony made this specially for other companies to lose money. Of course I’m just joking, but the number of recalls frightens me. I’ve already written about Toshiba recalls. Already there was a conference about problem of recalls. I wonder will Sony compensate all material losses for other companies. I advice you not to buy any laptop for next half year. The market must be stabilized. Just wait. Or laptop will blow up just at your hands. It’s a Sony [...]

[...] After recent recalls, notebook developers make a conference discussing problems of batteries, new technologies of battery saving. As for me the answer is clear. Sony must be prohibited to make any batteries. We must decline existing technology of batteries. It’s too old and ineffective for nowadays gadgets. New technology must be developed from 0. Because all existing technologies are in dead end. I think developers are realizing this, but don’t want to do anything. To change batteries, they must discover new equipment, technology, teach new specialists. All of these need money. But why discover new, if we can develop existing? Of course I’m mistaking, but it looks like I’m right [...]
